Below are some of the more obvious questions, but if you have any others just ask!
When is the RSVP deadline?
Let us know if you’re coming no later than June 30 so we can get an accurate number for food and drinks.
Can I bring a date or my children?
Children and partners are more than welcome as long as you let us know they’re coming in advance!
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Everything will be outdoors.
What will the weather be like?
July in Oregon should be much nicer than November in Scotland with average daily temperature being 80F/27C, though rain isn’t completely out of the question. If it’s raining, the party will be under a marquee.
What should I wear? Can I wear a kilt?
Expect warm temperatures and a little bit of a cool off in the evening. Wear what you’re comfortable in or don’t get the chance to wear often! Cocktail/garden party is the vibe we’re going for. Any length of dress is great. You’ll be on grass, so we recommend avoiding stiletto heels.
You can absolutely wear a kilt if you fancy- no, it’s not cultural appropriation.
Can we take photos with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them on our Google album. We’ll have a a professional and some talented pals also taking photos that we’ll share after the wedding.

Will there be parking?
Parking is limited in the neighborhood but available, and we ask the party people uber/lyft to keep everybody safe.
We will be providing transportation back to SE Portland around 9pm.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Albeit a bumpy gravel ride down the driveway.
